Wilcox Farms, Inc., which has production facilities in Washington and Oregon, denied any wrongdoing but agreed to pay a former employee who said she was harassed by her supervisor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said today.

The EEOC filed the lawsuit on behalf of Diana Dominguez, claiming that her boss grabbed, propositioned and tried to undress her at Wilcox Farms’ Aurora plant. The suit also asserted that Wilcox retaliated by pressuring Dominguez to resign and forcing her to continue to work for the same supervisor. Ultimately, Dominguez quit.

In addition to paying its former employee, Wilcox Farms also agreed to distribute a sexual harassment policy in English and Spanish and to conduct workshops for all its employees.
